Somewhere online, healing got twisted into silence. As if growth means you no longer speak up, react, or require accountability. But healing doesn’t mean tolerating behavior that hurts you...it means recognizing it faster. Boundaries don’t disappear when you heal; they sharpen. You become clearer about what you will and won’t accept. You stop explaining yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you.
Being healed doesn’t mean being passive. It means choosing peace and self-respect at the same time.
